SS~ FRAMEWORK PHYSIQUE #16 : BREATHE.

Our first experience in life….. is a deep ,building breath. Deep because it is the breath of life. Building because it works our cardiac muscles in the atmosphere, for the first time. Existence being our first form of cardio. With little on our minds but present organic thoughts. We breathe easily and correctly. With little on our plates the breath fills the body and leads to many great things. Perfect posture, great flexibility, and the ability to yell at the top of our lungs without pain or instant exhaustion. But as time passes and we grow older we lose that privilege. Sitting in poorly made desks and chairs affect our posture. This inturn constrains our breathing. Stress without knowledge of proper breathwork affects our lifespan. The less exercise the less lung function. This affects our energy levels. This results in a lack of willpower to build overall health. So how do we regain full lung capacity? How do we regain full lung function?

Well Cardio is a great first step. Breathing hard was your first big accomplishment on earth. The next was walking. So obviously cardio is essential and natural for your body to commit too. You can start by walking. The goal of course is to jog then run .The harder the cardio the higher the effect on the lungs and their ability to fill. Breathing removes carbon dioxide from the blood stream. This in turn helps purify the body. When you run until you bend over, that aids your diaphragm in this process. So don't be afraid to take it to that level. Also you can practice breath work.  An easy first form is simply holding your breath. A huge inhale through the nose and holding as long as possible. The record time is 19 mins and 21 seconds held by Peter Collat. So that leaves you plenty of room to feel comfortable with your consistent practice.

Key Daily Practices

~Deep Breaths for 5 reps in the morning or Night.

~SLOW DOWN and pay attention to yourself.

~Walk as often as possible.

~2 short meditations per day

~Always breathe through the nose…..ALWAYS!

~When you workout exhale on the effort.

If time is spent daily on your breath, days will be added to your life. More time to finish that project you've been working on. More energy to spend with your family and friends. More willpower to build the body you desire. With every breath more is added, nothing is taken away. So BREATHE MOTHERFUCKER BREATHE!!!!!
